MATH MATTERS - MORE THAN EVER
How many times do we adults say to one another, "I'm just not good at math!"

But you may be shocked to learn that math is central to the new generation of jobs for which our children will compete. In 62 percent of American jobs over the next 10 years, entry-level workers will need to be proficient in algebra, geometry, data interpretation, probability, and statistics, according to a study by the American Diploma Project. Math is now the foundation of countless services we take for granted: Internet search engines, Wall Street investment systems, marketing research.

Make sure your child takes and passes Algebra I, Geometry, and Algebra II. And support your young child's math abilities with puzzles and math games. It matters!

In these courses, students learn the principles and fundamentals of mathematics. They will solve complex equations, graph, and solve problems on various levels.
