Student Officers:
What is it? NHS (National Honor Society) is a national organization that recognizes students who exhibit a combination of outstanding scholarship, service, leadership, and character. To be eligible for membership a student must be in grade eleven or twelve and have a cumulative grade point average of 3.50. Academically eligible students are invited to apply for membership each fall. Only students who complete the application process and who are then selected by the Faculty Honor Council are inducted into the organization. Once inducted, students are required to maintain a 3.50 cumulative grade point average and to continue to demonstrate scholarship, service, leadership, and character in order to maintain their membership.
