Upcoming Events: MD Association of Student Council Convention

What is it? SGA (Student Government Association) is an organization that promotes student leadership in a school setting. SGA is primarily responsible for planning CHS's fall Homecoming festivities. They also plan for Spirit Week, and ticket permitless displaying cars in the school parking lot. Past projects have included wrapping Christmas presents for the Salvation Army, and the annual SGA bake sale during ColorFest. Members discuss other events in Frederick County, and send several students to the High School Leadership Conference, as well as the Maryland Association of Student Council Convention in Ocean City, Maryland.
